Lizzie has managed my property in Edenbridge for over 110 years now. The property is a listed building and has always been used as a Chinese restaurant and she has always handled the possible conflict of interests very professionally. She has inspected the property regularly and has always given good advice about any necessary repairs and also dealing with keeping the outside garden in good order. She has handled Property Insurance annually and also collects the rent promptly and efficiently. She is always a pleasure to deal with and I can thoroughly recommend Logik Property

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Logik Property. From the first conversation, they were friendly, professional, and always happy to answer any questions no matter how insignificant. They kept me updated every step of the way and made what can be a very stressful process feel so much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients rather than just making a sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or let a property. Lizzie thank you for all your hard work!

Response from the owner:Thank you for taking the time to leave an amazing review of LOGIK Property, we really appreciate it. Thank you again for your trust and support. We wish you every happiness in your next chapter and if you or anyone you know ever needs property advice in the future we would be delighted to help.
